HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
Your complimentary hotel accommodations will extend from Thursday night, October 28th through Saturday morning, October 30th.  Please RSVP immediately but no later than FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8TH!  We can not guarantee your reservation after this time.   

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS?
We understand that many last minute issues arise that may prohibit you from attending the conference.  Please contact Wanda A. Claiborne at Bar Headquarters if you need to change your reservations!

WHEN WILL BEST PROJECTS BE PRESENTED?
Annual awards will be announced for selected projects during Friday’s luncheon. Winners may be asked to give a short presentation of their project.

WHEN CAN I DISPLAY PROJECT MATERIALS (Association Presidents)?
If your association has materials (pamphlets, reports, photos, etc.) from a project or activity to share, please drop them off on Thursday at the MSBA Registration Desk. We will display them on Friday morning.

WHO WILL EXHIBIT AT THE CONFERENCE?
We will have exhibitors’ set-up for one-on-one discussions. The exhibitors will include the Lawyer Assistance Program, Law Office Management Assistance, Pro Bono Resource Center, Legal Aid, Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service and one of our sponsors, Minnesota Lawyers Mutual!

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR MY SPOUSE/GUEST?
Your spouse/guest will be invited to all meal functions as well as the workshop on Saturday morning.  The MSBA Registration Desk will have a list of local attraction in the area.  We are currently working on providing a beginners Yoga Class, for those who may be interested!

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
The attire is completely casual for the entire conference.  This means khakis, jean skirts and pants, polos etc.  Meeting rooms can be a bit chilly so bring a sweater!  You are also encouraged to bring a costume for the Halloween Dinner Party on Friday!
